บริษัท บีซีพีจี จำกัด (มหาชน) ประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจากกำไรสุทธิของกลุ่มบริษัทในช่วงไตรมาสที่ 1 ปี 2562 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.16 บาท โดยจะขึ้นเครื่องหมาย XD (Exclude Dividend) ในวันที่ 4 มิถุนายน 2562 และกำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันที่ 14 มิถุนายน 2562
ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทบีซีพีจี จำกัด (มหาชน) เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2562 ได้มีมติอนุมัติการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจากผลการดำเนินงานในไตรมาสที่ 1 ของปี 2562 ให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นของบริษัทฯ ในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.16 บาท รวมเป็นเงินประมาณ 320 ล้านบาท
ทั้งนี้ กำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีสิทธิรับเงินปันผล (Record Date) ในวันที่ 5 มิถุนายน 2562 และกำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลในวันที่ 14 มิถุนายน 2562 โดยตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ จะขึ้นเครื่องหมาย XD (Exclude Dividend) ในวันที่ 4 มิถุนายน 2562
BCPG Announces Dividend Payment for Q1/2019
BCPG Public Company Limited announced the interim dividend payment for Q1/2019 at the rate of 0.16 baht per share, with XD (Exclude Dividend) sign posted on 4 June 2019, and dividend payment date set for 14 June 2019.
The Company’s Board of Directors meeting on 21 May 2019 approved the interim dividend payment to the shareholders from the net profit in Q1/2019 at the rate of 0.16 baht per share, which is equal to approximately 320 million baht in total.
The Record Date whereby the list of shareholders who are entitled to dividend payment is set for 5 June 2019, while the XD (Exclude Dividend) sign will be posted on 4 June 2019 and the dividend payment date is scheduled for 14 June 2019.
